Quick Venison Chili

It’s kind of rainy and cool here today so I just thought I would share one of my favorite Venison chili recipes with you.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground venison
  • 1/2 lb. gorund beef
  • 1 can Bush’s Chili Magic Texas Recipe
  • 1 can  DEL Monte’s Diced Tomatoes with Zesty Mild Green Chilies
  • 1 can Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can sliced black olives
  • 1 table spoon chile powder
  • 1 table spoon Cajon Seasoning
  • 1 table spoon Cruched Red Pepper

Brown the meats in a skillet cooking the seasoning into the meat.

Add the Chili Magic, Tomatoes & Chilie Peppers, Drain and add Mushooms, Drain and add Olives.

Simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, and your done.

This is a little spicy so you can add or subtract some of the hot spices as you like.
