Quick Venison Chili
July 6, 2009
It’s kind of rainy and cool here today so I just thought I would share one of my favorite Venison chili recipes with you.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground venison
- 1/2 lb. gorund beef
- 1 can Bush’s Chili Magic Texas Recipe
- 1 can DEL Monte’s Diced Tomatoes with Zesty Mild Green Chilies
- 1 can Sliced mushrooms
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 1 table spoon chile powder
- 1 table spoon Cajon Seasoning
- 1 table spoon Cruched Red Pepper
Brown the meats in a skillet cooking the seasoning into the meat.
Add the Chili Magic, Tomatoes & Chilie Peppers, Drain and add Mushooms, Drain and add Olives.
Simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, and your done.
This is a little spicy so you can add or subtract some of the hot spices as you like.
