Venison Loaf Recipe

Another of my favorite venison recipes is my version of meatloaf, Hope you enjoy.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Ground Venison
- ½ lb. Spicy Pork Sausage
- 1 cup Oatmeal
- 1 Large Egg
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 cup diced Onion
- 1 cup chopped Bell Pepper
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1 table spoon Worcestershire
Mix all ingredients well and form into a loaf in a glass baking dish. Glaze the top of the loaf generously with more Ketchup.
Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand for 15 – 20 minutes until loaf begins to firm up, Cut and serve.
